LMT Service Agreement

We would like to invite you to read the terms and conditions of the LMT Service Agreement (lv), as well as the Fair Use Policy of our services.

LMT provides comprehensive information about our services, as well as liabilities of both parties. As new services are developed, the LMT offers an ever wider range of opportunities. Keep up-to-date with our homepage to find out about new deals and changes in our services. If any changes are made to tariff plans or their conditions of use, we will contact you (by a text message, e-mail, etc.) to give you enough time to read the changes and decide if they address your needs or interests.

In cases listed in the applicable law LMT customers – individuals that purchase goods or services for private and non-commercial purposes shall have a right to rely on their right of withdrawal unless the customer issues an order to activate or deactivate a specific service pursuant to the LMT Services Agreement. This service order also serves as customer’s consent to initiate the execution of the applicable agreement.

Information about electronic communications and other services, conditions of use and descriptions, service quality, charges, tariffs and settlements published in our homepage constitutes an integral part of the LMT Services Agreement. Online information can be reviewed, as well as saved by any LMT customer, e.g by printing a hard copy. In addition, this information is available via the LMT toll-free Infoline 8076 8076, as well as at any LMT Customer Service Center.

Prior to the use of LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. In respect of data processing that is conducted by LMT Retail & Logistics as the device service controller within the INSTALLMENT AGREEMENT, please read the data processing report provided by the respective controller. This controller is individually liable for the processing of data under its responsibility and the exercise of rights of persons related thereto. LMT as a data controller pays the highest attention to these issues. Within the framework of the services provided we process the data only in the required amount and time period, arising out of the substance of service and requirements of the binding laws and regulations. Under the INSTALLMENT AGREEMENT basic data, e.g., name, surname or company name, information on the device (model, series number) etc. may be processed. The purpose of data processed is to provide the selected service, including settlement and solving of the issues submitted, if any, as well as the compliance with the binding laws and regulations. The basis for data processing is the requested LMT service and implementation of the laws and regulations related thereto. Such processing is the precondition for the transaction, and non-provision of data may partly or fully delay or terminate the provision of service. LMT customer has the right to exercise the right stipulated in the laws and regulations in respect of his/her data. OPEN Agreement
If you prefer to use only new devices, please read the terms and conditions of the LMT OPEN Agreement (lv).

Right of Withdrawal

In cases listed in the applicable law LMT customers – individuals that purchase goods or services for private and non-commercial purposes shall have a right to rely on their right of withdrawal (lv) unless the customer issues an order to activate or deactivate a specific service pursuant to the LMT Services Agreement. This service order also serves as customer’s consent to initiate the execution of the applicable agreement.

Important

  • When you become a Family Deal+ member, all the previous benefits can be cancelled.
  • When you change your tariff plan or services, Family Deal+ benefits can be cancelled. Please remember that you can qualify for Family Deal+ only if you have at least three numbers with Freedom+Independence or Internet for Home registered on your name.
  • The tariff plan Freedom in Europe VIP qualifies as Freedom+Independence.
    The Schoolchild Deal qualifies as Freedom+Independence, unless Independence is not deactivated.
    The connection For Seniors qualifies as Freedom+Independence, if only Independence is activated.
  • Benefits are not applied in the month when you de-active LMT services or cancel numbers.
  • After the Family Deal+ is deactivated, standard monthly fees of LMT services are applied.
  • Every LMT customer must comply with the Fair Use Policy of LMT Services.
  • Before using of LMT services, please read the personal data processing information provided by LMT. These issues are of the outmost importance for LMT as a data controller. Within the scope of the services provided by LMT we process personal data only in the necessary amount and period that arises out of the substance of the service and requirements of the binding laws. Within the scope of this deal basic data, e.g., name, surname, connection number, connection point address, data of handed over device (router) etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services – may be processed. The purpose of the data processing is to implement the execution of the selected service, including to ensure the related quality, payments and solving of the submitted issues, if any, as well as the implementation of the binding laws. The basis for data processing is the requested LMT service and implementation of the related laws. Such processing is the precondition for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partly or fully delay or terminate the transaction. With regard to his/her data the LMT customer is entitled to exercise his/her rights specified in the laws.   • In order to provide the best possible customer experience and broader use of LMT services, during the use of services LMT may contact you (by phone, an SMS message, an e-mail or a web browser message) about the issues of administration and use of the service.

Spotify

From 01.04.2024 LMT stops offering Spotify Premium services (Spotify Premium and Spotify Premium Family) to new customers.

You can cancel your current Spotify Premium subscription by texting STOP to 1605.

It is not possible to change LMT Spotify Premium to another offer (e.g. Spotify Premium to Spotify Premium Family).

When switching from LMT postpaid connection to LMT Karte and vice versa, as well as when customer is changed, the Spotify Premium service is preserved.

Information for existing Spotify Premium users

Spotify Premium fee

  • Spotify Premium 9.99 €/month
  • Spotify Premium Family (1+5 accounts) 15.99 €/month, for Family Deal customers – 14.99 €/month

Spotify Premium Family

Within Spotify Premium Family, the status of the main account (master) is assigned, with the possibility to add and manage 5 sub-accounts.

All Spotify users must be members of one household and live at the same address.

Spotify may disable Spotify Premium Family, if it is found to be in violation of Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use.

Payment conditions

The accounting period for Spotify Premium is one month starting from the calendar date of connection to the same date of the following month. If there is no corresponding date in the following month, the Spotify Premium accounting period is until the last date of the following month.

For LMT postpaid customers, Spotify Premium fee is included in the invoice on the day a new Spotify Premium accounting period begins. For LMT Karte users, the first payment for Spotify Premium is withheld on the day the service is connected, while each subsequent payment is made the day before the start of the next Spotify Premium accounting period.

Spotify Premium is charged irrespective of the actual use.

Data processing

Before using LMT services, please read the data processing information provided by LMT. Regarding the data processing carried out by Spotify AB as a controller within the scope of the Spotify service, please read the data processing report provided by the specific controller. This controller is independently responsible for the processing of data under its control and the exercise of the rights of the persons related to it. As a data controller, LMT pays the greatest attention to these issues. As part of the services provided by LMT, we process data only to the necessary extent and time period, which results from the nature of the service and the requirements of binding laws and regulations. In order to provide the Spotify offer to LMT customers, basic data, as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services, may be processed. The purpose of the data to be processed is to implement the performance of the selected service, including ensuring the related quality, payments and resolution of the reported issues, if they arise, as well as the performance of the binding laws and regulations. The basis of data processing is the requested LMT service and the implementation of related laws and regulations. Such processing is a prerequisite for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partially or completely delay or terminate the provision of the transaction. With regard to his or her data, the LMT customer has the right to exercise the rights set forth in the laws and regulations.
