Before using of LMT services, please read the personal data processing information provided by LMT. These issues are of the outmost importance for
LMT as a data controller. Within the scope of the services provided by LMT we process personal data only in the necessary amount and period that arises out of the substance of the service and requirements of the binding laws. Within the scope of the LMT services basic data, e.g., name, surname, age, connection number etc., as well as electronic communications metadata, including load data – information related to the provision of electronic communications services – may be processed. The purpose of the data processing is to implement the execution of the selected service, including to ensure the related quality, payments and solving of the submitted issues, if any, as well as the implementation of the binding laws. The basis for data procesing is the requested LMT service and implementation of the related laws. Such processing is the precondition for the execution of the transaction, and failure to provide data may partly or fully delay or terminate the transaction. With regard to his/her data the LMT customer is entitled to exercise his/her rights specified in the laws. When connecting the service remotely, the child's identity number must be provided, and the date of birth, if the identity number does not contain it. Data processing is carried out only in the necessary way and time, on the basis of the transaction within the framework of the provision of a specific offer. In order to ensure that the offer is used in good faith, LMT has the right to request additional information confirming the right to receive the specific offer, for example, we may request to indicate the number of the identity document and/or an excerpt of the document containing the necessary information. The above information may be received in presence (e.g., at Customer Service Centre) or remotely through digital solutions available to the customer and LMT (video call, an excerpt of the photograph etc). The customer, using available solutions, such as masking or staining, ensures that no other data is submitted that is not requested to be processed. The submission of information is also the customer's confirmation that he/she is acting lawfully, and the data provided is true. If acting in bad faith is established, further provision of the offer may be terminated immediately, as well as the full amount of Freedom and Independence fee is calculated for the period used until the offer is terminated.
