How can I request and view the list of calls?
Log in to My LMT using internet banking, eParaksts, or Smart-ID, then open Rēķini (Invoices) section. Next to the relevant month's invoice, you will see the option “Pieprasīt sarunu sarakstu” (Request list of calls). Once it has been generated, you will see the option "Skatīt sarunu sarakstu" (View list of calls), which will open in PDF format.
This is the regular list of calls. If you need a different type, request it via the Saziņa (Correspondence) section by sending a message specifying what you need. You can find information about the available types and fees here.
Once the list is prepared, it will appear in Saziņa (Correspondence) section under the specific request.
