If the PIN code is blocked (usually after 3 erroneous attempts), the PUK code request is displayed on your phone screen.
You can find the PUK code on the original packaging of the SIM card, as well as in My LMT
(lv) under Profils
(Profile) –> Profila iestatījumi
(Profile settings) –> SIM karte
(SIM card). If you still cannot find it, call us at 8076 8076. Once you have entered your PUK code, created and approved your new PIN code, everything will function again!
