What is a list of calls?

A list of calls contains information about your calls, text messages, premium-rate services and monthly data consumption.

  • If you have several numbers, you can receive an aggregated list of calls, or a separate list of calls for each number.
  • Lists are available in an electronic or a paper format.
  • You can also choose a one-off or a regular list of calls that will be available at Mans LMT, if only you've applied.
How can I receive a list of outgoing calls?
If you want to receive a list of outgoing calls at My LMT every month free of charge, you need a regular list of calls. It can be done via My LMT.

You can also request a one-off list of calls for a specific period of time if it is less than 6 months ago. You can request this list at any time via My LMT.
How can I receive a list of calls that were made more than 6 months ago?

If you would like to receive a list of calls that were made more than 6 months ago, ask at any LMT Customer Service Center and we will prepare a statement from our archives within 10 business days.

Please note!

  • We offer these statements in an electronic form, and only in exceptional cases they may be prepared on paper.
  • It is not possible to receive a statement about services that were received more than 18 months ago.
  • Archive statements are not prepared about incoming calls, we do not offer detailed information about text messages, either.

How can I receive a list of incoming calls?

If you need a list of incoming calls, ask at any LMT Customer Service Center.
The list will contain information about incoming calls and text messages (LMT messaging exchange number 29202020 will be indicated as a sender).

Please note!

  • We offer the list of incoming calls in an electronic format, and only in exceptional cases it may be prepared on paper.
  • The list of incoming calls is generated on a billing period basis. The list of incoming calls is available only for the last 6 months.
  • Calls from numbers with Caller ID Blocking will not be listed. Instead, you will see “Private number”.
  • In addition, calls received abroad, SOS calls, MMS data consumption and text messages received to provide “Event pricing” and “Subscription to messaging codes” services will not be included in the list of incoming calls.
How can I find out who sent a text message to me?

To do that you require a list of incoming calls with texting details. This information will include not only incoming calls, but also detailed data about SMS-senders.

Please note!

  • You will also be able to see numbers with activated Caller ID Blocking in the detailed list of text messages, as blocking only applies to calls.
  • We provide detailed information only about text messages sent/received in Latvia.
How much does a list of calls cost?

* The charge is calculated per number, and it depends on the number of billing periods included in the list.
* You have to pay for a one-off list of calls, an archive statement or a list of incoming calls when you request this service.
* Text a command, if you want to subscribe to the service for a specified fee already now. Information about the right of wirhdrawal (lv). In case of one-time purchase, the service is provided at once, without applying the right of withdrawal.
