How can I pay for my purchase?
In the LMT e-store you can pay for your purchase with a Visa and Mastercard or via Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Industra internet bank.

You can find your purchase and find out its status on the purchase status page in the e-mail you used to make the purchase.
What should I do if I cannot sign the purchase agreement electronically?
If it is not possible to sign the purchase agreement electronically, send your purchase number and information about the buyer to info@lmt.lv with a request to prepare a paper form agreement. We will prepare it and deliver it to you together with your purchase.
What should I do if I want to change a product detail?
If you want to change a purchase detail (for example, color, size, model, etc.), cancel the order and create a new purchase with correct information.
How can I cancel a purchase that has already been paid for and get a refund?
As long as the purchase has not yet been paid for, it can be cancelled in the cart by pressing the appropriate selection. However, if the payment has already been made, the purchase can be cancelled by sending an e-mail with the purchase number to e-veikals@lmt.lv. We will contact you about the refund.
