  • If there is less than 0.71 € on the account of your LMT Karte, you will be sent an informative text message after the first call, text message or Internet session asking to refill your LMT Karte.
Information about time limits
  • Voice message in the chosen language (Latvian, Russian, English) before each outgoing call if there are less than three days left before the balance of your LMT Karte expires.
  • Voice message in the chosen language (Latvian, Russian or English) before each attempted call, if the balance of your LMT Karte has expired.
  • Message informing about the date and time when your LMT Karte expires 24 to 48 hours before the expiry of the use-by date.

What message will I hear, when I call someone whose use-by date for the LMT Karte has expired?

How to proceed if the LMT Karte has bee stolen or lost?
If your LMT Karte has been stolen or lost, inform the LMT via its 24/7 toll-free Infoline 80768076. To block your SIM card or its balance, You will have to provide the PIN1 code (on the insert with PIN and PUK codes).

You have to submit a written statement to any LMT customer service center about the loss or theft of your LMT Karte within 3 days. Until the receipt of this statement the LMT will continue to reduce the balance depending on services received via the connection number of the respective LMT Karte.
