MOBILE INTERNET on a computer or a tablet does not have any speed limitations.
But do remember that the actual speed depends on various factors: devices, distance and obstacles between you and the base station, chosen Internet technology, design of the building, external antennae, traveling speed, system load, etc. If you connect to the Internet with a suitable device, do not travel and the network is not overloaded, the average 3G download speed is expected to be 4 Mbit/s, but the average 4G download speed – 20 Mbit/s.
You can subscribe to a different type of MOBILE INTERNET with a larger or smaller data allowance free of charge in My LMT (access password indicated in your agreement if it was signed after 18.03.2014), as well as at any LMT Customer Service Center.
If you use the mobile Internet with a device that supports text messages, you can also text to change your data plan. Text* the abbreviated name of the chosen plan – MI10, MI30, MI70, or MIB to 1688.

When you switch from a plan with a larger data allowance to a plan with a smaller data allowance (does not apply to MOBILE INTERNET START), the data consumed during the current month under the previous plan will be deducted from the smaller data allowance of the new plan. The monthly charge will be calculated proportionally to the number of days during which the connection was active.

MOBILE INTERNET charge is calculated per data allowance and the unused portion of the allowance cannot be used during the next month.
