Device is broken – how to hand it over for repair / receive it after repair?

To hand over devices for warranty, paid and insured repair is so easy – you can do it remotely, smoothly and conveniently!

  • Apply for repair of the device on TSC website HERE.
  • In the registration form you will be able to choose the most convenient form of delivery (Omniva parcel machine, DPD courier or parcel machine).
  • Warranty documents can also be attached to the registration form.
  • After repair, we will send the repaired device to your selected destination address or parcel machine.
  • You will be able to pay right there – on TSC website.
How can I return a device within the 14-day period of withdrawal?

We have taken care of that during the crisis, if required, it is possible to return the devices to LMT remotely by courier or via parcel network. 

  • The complete set of the device must be returned without any signs of use (original packaging, charging cable, headphones etc.).
  • Be sure to read the terms of return of the products and attach a filled in withdrawal form (you will find it on the purchase invoice or HERE).
  • Make sure that the contact information is provided (in case you have questions or problems with accepting of the device) and indicate Withdrawal of remote purchase.
  • The complete set of the device and the appropriate packaging must be addressed to:

  • If you choose an Omniva parcel machine, the device must be sent to:

  • If you choose a DPD parcel machine, the device must be sent to: 
    Rimi Saharova parcel machine, A.Saharova iela 23A, Rīga, LV-1082 

Important! 

  • Sending costs are paid by the customer.
  • When sending the device, you must ensure the appropriate packaging so that it is not damaged during the transportation. To avoid misunderstanding, we recommend that you also insure the package, otherwise you will be responsible for any damage to the device.
  • The device will be considered returned and the agreement will be cancelled only after the device is returned, tested and stated that the device meets the requirements of return.
How can I annul the Internet for Home and return the device?

We have taken care of that during the crisis, if required, it is possible to return the devices to LMT remotely by courier or via parcel network. 

  • Fill in the withdrawal form on our website.
  • The complete set of the device must be returned (packaging, accessories). It may have the signs of use, however, it reduces the value of the device. If the device has a significant defect or a missing component (e.g., a network cable, router back cover), a fee can be applied.
  • Make sure that the contact information is provided (in case you have questions or problems with accepting of the device) and indicate Termination of the Internet for Home.
  • The complete set of the device and the appropriate packaging must be addressed to:

    recipient’s phone number 29248568 (for provision of service).

    Please note! Condition of the device will be assessed upon return. In cases when the device does not meet the conditions of return (cracks, damages), the agreement cannot be terminated until the damage is eliminated.
  • Make sure that the contact information is provided (in case you have questions or problems with accepting of the device) and indicate Termination of the Open agreement.

  • Apply for repair of the device on TSC website HERE.
  • In the registration form you will be able to choose the most convenient way of delivery (Omniva parcel machine, DPD courier or parcel machine), and to attach the warranty documents.

We will send the repaired or replacement device to your selected destination address or parcel machine.
