If the smartwatch is lost or stolen
1. Immediately inform LMT by phone 80768076
, write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
or go to the nearest LMT Customer Centre
2. The Multi-SIM service will be disabled as a result of the request.
3. If you want to re-connect the Multi-SIM later, you’ll have to do it again.
If the smartwatch is being repaired
1. The Multi-SIM service will be disabled for the duration of the repair.
2. The phone continues to function in the LMT network.
3. After the repair, the Multi-SIM service will need to be reconnected.
