Terms and conditions of the LMT e-store (lv) are available here.

Delivery conditions
FREE DELIVERY IN THE WHOLE OF LATVIA!
To ensure that the delivery takes as little time as possible, we have found the best courier service providers. We will contact you in advance to agree about the best time for delivery.

Important!
  • As we can deliver only to the person who made the order, we will ask you to produce an ID upon delivery. If no ID is produced, the order will not be delivered. 
  • An invoice (two identical copies) will be sent together with your order to confirm that you have received the goods. Please sign them and return to the courier.
  • The goods will not be handed over if you refuse to sign the invoice.
  • The goods will be delivered to your door.
  • The delivery of an order may take no more than three business days from the moment of its confirmation.
  • Remember about the delivery time and day! If the courier misses you, the delivery fee, if any, will not be returned.
  • You are responsible for the provision of accurate and complete delivery information. If repeat delivery or delivery to a different address is required, additional charges may apply.
  • You can also receive your order at the office of the LMT e-store at 6 Ropažu Street, Riga.
Payment types

You can purchase devices at the LMT e-store by paying in full or by installments.

One of the following types of payment is possible.
Cash
You can pay in cash for your order when it is delivered or at the office of the LMT e-store at 6 Ropažu Street, Riga.

With credit/debit card
You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card at the office of the LMT e-store at 6 Ropažu Street, Riga.

By bank transfer
When you make a purchase at the LMT e-store, the respective invoice will be included in the confirmation e-mail. The order will be delivered upon the payment of the invoice. When the order is delivered the courier may ask for a proof of payment – you have to produce the proof upon his or her request.

My set

The LMT offers its customer a wonderful opportunity to purchase devices – phones, computers, tablets, etc. on advantageous terms and conditions by entering into a My Set agreement (lv). It means that you do not require a larger amount of money at the moment of purchase – you will have to pay the first installment and then just a monthly charge. 

The amount of the charge may differ depending on the chosen device, tariff plan and other options of the My Set offer. See our e-store or ask at an LMT Customer Service Center for information about the purchase price and monthly charges – this information will also be included in the My Set contract.

Who can buy a My Set device?
My Set device can be purchased by a current LMT customer, as well as a new customer who has joined us by choosing a new LMT number and a tariff plan.
Can the My Set device be used with a different LMT SIM card?
Yes, as the device is linked with the LMT network, not a specific SIM card.
Do any specific tariffs apply when I use a My Set device?
My Set will not affect tariffs – all LMT customers have to pay for the received services according to the current LMT tariffs and the chosen tariff plan.
Where can I purchase devices under the My Set program?
You can purchase them in our e-store, as well as at any LMT Customer Service Center in the whole of Latvia.
