Please follow the conditions for use of the equipment!
LMT hands over to you a connection point equipment – home phone – for an indefinite period of time.
If necessary, this equipment can be replaced with another:
– if the equipment does not work and has no visual damage – free of charge; – if the equipment does not work and has visual damage – for a fee of 28.22 €; – if you wish, with a new one no more often than once a year, if the equipment to be replaced has no visual damage – for a fee of 14.12 €; – upon termination of LMT Service Agreement, there is an obligation to return the equipment.
If the handed over equipment is lost or damaged, a contractual penalty of the remaining amount of the equipment will be applied. The remaining value of the equipment is calculated by reducing the value of the equipment by 1.86 € every month during the first two years of use of the equipment until the remaining value amounts to 4.98 € and remains unchanged, but no longer than 3 years.
