Roaming is a simple and convenient way of ensuring communications abroad!
LMT offers to use your SIM card or handset abroad, while roaming. Roaming means that you may use services offered in the networks of foreign operators with your handset number as you were a customer of these operators.

- LMT offers to use roaming also on ships and satellite communication networks.
- When you go abroad, print out and take with you information on the roaming in the respective country!
- Within the scope of LMT service Roaming enquiries abroad you will automatically receive short messages on the roaming and roaming tariffs of the respective country. Each message of this service may be activated or deactivated anew. Changes can be made in iCentre or by filing an application at any LMT Customer Service Centre or at LMT dealers.
Roaming tariffs
From 1 July 2009 tariffs for roaming in EU member states within the European Economic Area are reduced – by 48% for SMS, by 13% for incoming calls and by 8% for calls to EEA countries! From 30 August roaming tariffs reduced also in Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway – by 11% for incoming calls and by 5% for calls to EEA countries!

Use Callback for cheaper calls!
Use Callback for calling to Latvia, while in roaming – it enables to decrease costs of calls up to 64%, compared to direct costs of calls.

Cooperation of Baltic mobile communications operators
Due to co-operation of the leading mobile telephone operators of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia - LMT, EMT and Omnitel, LMT customers are offered especially favourable conditions, while they are in Estonia or Lithuania.
Data transmission, while in roaming
LMT offers to use GSM, GPRS, EDGE data transmission while roaming in GSM networks, as well as to use UMTS and HSDPA data transmission in UMTS networks.
