Printout of calls
Printout of calls – it is a list of information on your calls.
If you have several connection numbers, you can receive Printout of calls for all, as well as for individual connection numbers.
Choose the printout you need: Printout of calls made or Printout of calls received.
Printout of calls made
The printout will contain the calls made, short messages sent, data amount received and transferred, premium rate services used and incoming calls in the roaming.
You can receive a Printout of calls made in different forms
- Regular printout of calls made
- Single printout of calls made
- Archive enquiries
Regular printout of calls made
If you are willing to receive a Printout of calls made at the end of each payment period, you need a Regular printout of calls made.
To receive a Regular printout of calls made you shall file a written application at any LMT Customer Service Centre, at LMT dealers or apply in Mans LMT.
Single printout of calls made
If you need a Printout of calls made for a definite time period during the last half-year we will prepare for you a Single printout of calls made.
To receive a Single printout of calls made you shall file a written application at any LMT Customer Service Centre or at LMT dealers.
Archive enquiries
If you need a Printout of calls made for the period older than last 6 months, we will prepare an Archive enquiries.
To receive Archive enquires you shall file a written application at any LMT Customer Service Centre.
You will receive Archive enquires within a 10 days (maximum) period.
Please note!
It is not possible to receive a printout of calls made which is older than 18 months.

Printout of calls received
The printout will contain incoming calls and short messages received (specifying LMT SMS system number 29202020 as a sender).
Printout of calls received will not present those connection numbers which are using the LMT service CLIR (Calling Line Identification Restriction). Instead of these numbers you will read a Private number.
The Printout shall not comprise:
- Incoming calls in the roaming;
- Calls received, while using the service Saved by the Call;
- Short messages you receive, while using the service Subscription to SMS system numbers and Tariffication of events;
- Amount of data information received, e.g. for MMS received;
To receive Printout of calls received, you shall file a written application at any LMT Customer Service Centre. Printout of calls made is prepared for each payment period separately. At the time of request of the service you will receive a printout of calls in a paper format.
Please note!
It is not possible to receive a printout of calls made, older than 6 months.
Additional possibilities
Deciphering of the connection number of the message sender and message recipient
For an extra charge you can receive Printout of calls made and Printout of calls received, showing the connection number of message sender or message recipient instead of SMS system number (29202020).
Please note! Archive enquiries are not prepared with deciphering with the connection number of the message sender and message recipient.
Printout of calls made and Printout of calls received will present also those connection numbers which are using the LMT service CLIR (this service does not ensure Calling Line Identification Restriction in case of sending SMS).
Printout of calls made in electronic format
You can receive a Regular printout of calls made and a Single printout of calls made in e-mail:
- as a file in pdf file;
- as a text (txt) file or Microsoft Excel file.
To receive Printout of calls made and Printout of calls received, you shall file a written application at any LMT Customer Service Centre.
Please note!
- Archive enquiries and Printout of calls received received are not sent to e-mail.
- Fees for the calls made and the calls received in the Printout of Calls are indicated without discounts of LMT Discount program and VAT exclusive.
- LMT does not provide decipherings of outgoing SMS addresses while roaming.
Service fees
- For the Printout of calls you shall pay a service fee set by LMT. Fee shall be calculated for each connection separately and depends on a number of months included in the printout.
- Fee for receipt of Regular printout of calls made is included in your next invoice. For Single printout of calls made, Archive enquiries and Printout of calls received you pay at the moment of request of the service.
