e-invoice

e-invoice is an LMT invoice in electronic form. You can receive and view your invoice, and settle the payment via the Internet.
Information on a new invoice will be timely delivered to your e-mail account.

e-invoice is drawn up as Adobe Acrobat PDF file and is analogous to the invoice delivered to you by mail. e-invoice may be viewed, printed out and used as a document in paper form; as well you may create your own archive, saving it on the computer, CD or floppy disc.

Upon receipt of your e-invoice, you will get all the same LMT information on new offers and services you would have received with the invoice in paper form by mail. All you have to do is to find a link “Click HERE!” on the left side of the page.

For viewing of e-invoice you need an access to the Internet and a program Acrobat Reader.

How to become e-invoice recipient?
You shall submit an application indicating that you are willing to receive e-invoice.
Applications may be submitted in Mans LMT, at any LMT Customer Service Centre, as well as in the banks, which have entered into the cooperation agreement with A/S Itella.

When you have applied…
AS Itella will forward your Username and Password to gain access to viewing of your e-invoices to the e-mail address indicated in your application.

In case of successful authorization you will have access to your e-invoices.
e-invoices of last 3 months are available for viewing.

In case you have failed to view your e-invoice, three business days prior to the term for its settlement you will receive an e-mail message with a reminder on that you have received an e-invoice.

Please read!

  • you can receive e-invoice about the connection numbers registered with your name only.
  • constantly take care on safety of authentication data (Username and Password) to prevent access of the unauthorised persons to your e-invoices.
  • if you have forgotten your password, please call AS Itella customer service number 67066515. AS Itella will give you a new password on your request.
  • upon filling in an application form on reception of e-invoice, you cancel reception of the invoice by mail.
  • if you are willing to receive both invoices – e-invoice and the invoice by mail – simultaneously, you shall submit an application at any LMT Customer Service Centre. In this case you will have to pay.
  • if you want to use electronic settlement of e-invoice, you shall enter into a separate agreement with your bank. *.

If you want to cancel reception of e-invoice, you shall submit a written application at any LMT Customer Service Centre and your further invoices will be delivered by mail again.

Service Fee

  • if you apply for reception of e-invoice and simultaneously cancel reception of the invoice by mail, e-invoice is delivered to you free of charge.
  • if you want to receive both - e-invoice and a invoice by mail, you shall pay for both invoices pursuant to service fees set by LMT.
  • fee for Printout of calls made specified in e-invoice is calculated on the basis of procedure for calculation of the existing Printout of calls made in paper form and corresponding service fees.

Service is offered in cooperation with the AS "Itella".

* Electronic payments are provided by the following banks:

  • DnB Nord bank Internet bank
  • Krajbanka Internet bank
  • GE Money Bank Internet bank

If you are the customer of these banks, submit with your bank an application on reception of e-invoices.
