Payments for LMT Services

Forms of payments

Payments for Latvian Mobile Telephone services may be settled in various forms. Choose the one that suits you best!

Commission fee is set by the company offering the possibility for settlement of LMT bills. For example, payment of LMT bill by a payment card is not subject to a commission fee by LMT, however, changes of the existing regulations is under competence of the issuing bank of a card.

Action in case of late bill payment

If the customer fails to pay the LMT bill fully and on time, LMT has the right to request a contractual penalty amounting to 0.5% of the unpaid amount for each day of delay, which the customer has the duty to pay. The calculated amount of the contractual penalty is added to the next bill. The amount of the contractual penalty may not exceed the amount of principal debt. Calculation of the contractual penalty is terminated following the termination of the LMT Service Contract. At the same time, LMT has the right to suspend services and/or terminate the Contract according to the procedures established by the law, and hand over the information about both the debt and the Customer to debtor and payment experience data bases registered pursuant to the law.

Therefore, if you encounter problems with paying an LMT bill on time, please do not wait until until the last moment to contact LMT. LMT evaluates each case and each written request individually to find the most suitable solution.

Direct payments
