Change of SIM card of subscribers enjoying 2ND, 3RD, 4TH AND 5TH discount levels

Subscribers enjoying the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th discount levels within the LMT Discount program may change his or her SIM card on preferential conditions.

SIM card may be changed on preferential conditions in the following cases:

• if the current SIM card in the mobile phone does not operate or operates defectively - subscriber may enjoy 100% discount;
• if the subscriber wants to change the SIM card for SIM card with a larger memory capacity - subscriber may enjoy 50% discount.

Discounts are not assigned if:

• the card is blocked in case of wrong PUK code;
• the card is mechanically damaged;
• the subscriber uses a defective handset;
• SIM card is stolen or lost.

Guarantee period of the new SIM card is 12 months as of change of the card.
