Individual Agreement Conditions
Taking into account wishes of the customer, as well as duration of LMT current cooperation with the customer, fulfilment of the Customer agreement, especially – payment of invoices, discipline within the cooperation period, amount of monthly calls made by the customer and proportion of the calls in LMT network, LMT and the customer may enter into an individual agreement with special cooperation conditions. Upon entering into the Individual agreement, LMT offers the customer even more appropriate use of services, based on the customer’s wishes and interests. If prior to the expiry of the Individual agreement the customer unilaterally withdraws from the individual offer or terminates the Agreement, or LMT discontinues provision of the service, as the Subscriber fails to duly fulfil the Agreement, the Subscriber shall pay the contractual penalty.
Individual agreement conditions are subject to one or several of the restrictions below:
- If the offer is related to calls in LMT network:
- When changing the type of connection, the Individual agreement conditions are not applied to the new type of connection. If the type of connection is changed before the expiry of the term of the Individual agreement, a contractual penalty is calculated and included in the invoice for LMT services for next month.
- No change of the subscriber is allowed for the connection.
- Discounts of LMT Discount program are not applied to the Individual agreement conditions.
- • Subscribers to the connection Call Me! do not receive extra free minutes for the incoming calls from the Users, as well as maximum duration set for one call in the LMT network is 30 minutes.
- • In the validity period of the Individual agreement one has no access to services Call-a-Friend, Zerotariff, SIM 2;
- • Business Customer and Corporate Customer conditions are not applied to the connection number;
